UCS has formed a Value Added Services Division to enable the platform of choice that allows clients to achieve accelerated and sustainable business growth by delivering innovative, consumer focused solutions across all channels, allowing clients to continue to acquire, manage, retain and grow profitable customers.
As a result, Innervation was formed within the Value Added Services Division to represent all the different businesses within the Division and to take the respective products and services of the Division to market.
Innervation assists our clients in achieving an enhanced Customer experience, sustainable competitive advantage and increased incremental revenue through a Consulting, Marketing and Intellectual Property Business that provides Clients with assistance in developing and implementing strategies with an integrated platform to enable and switch transactions and a basket of augmented Value Added Services, including member management, loyalty and stored value solutions.
Innervation acquired 100% of LifeWorld in January 2010. LifeWorld commenced operations in 2002 as LifeWorld Group, with a primary focus on Independent Strategy and Consulting Services for customer and employee relationship management and loyalty initiatives.
Gaining both breadth and depth of understanding from designing and managing programmes, across many different industries, a series of 'best practices' evolved from having a strategic view of these which then led to the development of a range of proprietary-owned programme formats and technology solutions to enable these.
Innervation also acquired Radical from DVT, a proudly South African CRM product consisting of two major components, a powerful customisable platform and framework for developing many types of CRM applications, with a focus on service management, and a suite of ready-to-use adaptable applications primarily in the Service and Support segment of CRM.
